The present invention relates to methods of treating cell proliferative disorders, such as cancer or Proteus syndrome, by utilizing 3-(3-(4-(1-aminocyclobutyl)phenyl)-5-phenyl-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-yl)pyridin-2-amine or 3-(3-(4-(1-aminocyclobutyl)phenyl)-5-(3-morpholinophenyl)-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-yl)pyridin-2-amine or N-(1-(3-(3-(4-(1-aminocyclobutyl)phenyl)-2-(2-aminopyridin-3-yl)-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-yl)phenyl)piperidin-4-yl)-N-methylacetamide.
