Zhil'tsova, E. P.,Kudryavtseva, L. A.,Shagidullina, R. A.
, p. 274 - 277 (1999)
The parameters of the reaction of para-substituted 2-aminomethylphenols with 4-nitrophenyl bis(chloromethyl)phosphinate in toluene catalyzed by reversed micelles of polyethylene glycol-600 monolaurate depend on the nucleophile structure. The efficiency of
Micellization and catalytic properties of polyethylene glycol 600 monolaurate in toluene
Zhil'tsova,Timosheva,Kudryavtseva,Kataev,Sal'nikov,Ryzhkina,Shagidullina
, p. 1017 - 1022 (2007/10/03)
The reaction of 4-nitrophenyl bis(chloromethyl)phosphinate with 2-dialkylaminomethylphenols in toluene solutions of polyethylene glycol 600 monolaurate was studied spectrophotometrically. The effect of structural features of the micellar system on the catalytic effect depends on the nucleophile hydrophobicity. Micellization of the nonionic surfactant was studied by dielectrometric titration and by the kinetic method. The aggregation numbers and the composition of detergent aggregates were determined.
Effect of sodium dodecyl sulfate on the reactivity of 2-dimethylaminomethyphenol with 4-nitrophenylbis(chloromethyl)phosphinate
Ryzhkina, I. S.,Kudryavtseva, L. A.,Usol'tseva, N. V.
, p. 1879 - 1882 (2007/10/03)
The reactivity of 2-dimethylaminomethylphenol (1) toward 4-nitrophenylbis(chloromethyl)phosphinate (2) was studied in micellar solutions and lyotropic liquid-crystalline mesophase of the sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)-water system. The reaction between 1 and 2 is inhibited in the presence of SDS, which is explained by the shift of the acid-base equilibrium of 1 toward the formation of a nonreactive protonated form. - Keywords: micelles, liquid crystals, rate constant, sodium dodecyl sulfate, 2-dimethylaminomethylphenol, 4-nitrophenylbis(chloromethyl)phosphinate
