The appropriate diamines reacted with phthaloyl chloride to yield 1,2-bis(2-N,N-dimethylaminomethyleneamino-4-trifluoromethylphenylthio)ethane and 1,2-bisethane.Similarly, 2,6-dinitro-4-trifluoromethyl
