1306615-51-9 Usage
Description
Aminooxy-PEG3-azide is a crosslinker containing an aminooxy group and an azide group. The azide group is reactive with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The aminooxy group can be used in bioconjugation. It reacts with an aldehyde to form an oxime bond. If a reductant is used, it will form a hydroxylamine linkage. Aminooxy compounds are very reactive and sensitive; they cannot be stored for long term. Immediate use (within 1 week) is highly recommended.
Uses
Aminoxy-PEG3-Azide is a useful compound in the synthesis of tryptophan-folate conjugates. Polypeptide including a morpholino linker.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 1306615-51-9 includes 10 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 7 digits, 1,3,0,6,6,1 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 5 and 1 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 1306615-51:
(9*1)+(8*3)+(7*0)+(6*6)+(5*6)+(4*1)+(3*5)+(2*5)+(1*1)=129
129 % 10 = 9
So 1306615-51-9 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Synthesis of bispecific antibodies using genetically encoded unnatural amino acids

Bispecific antibodies were constructed using genetically encoded unnatural amino acids with orthogonal chemical reactivity. A two-step process afforded homogeneous products in excellent yield. Using this approach, we synthesized an anti-HER2/anti-CD3 bispecific antibody, which efficiently cross-linked HER2+ cells and CD3+ cells. In vitro effector-cell mediated cytotoxicity was observed at picomolar concentrations.
