Chemical synthesis, purification, and characterization of 3′-5′-linked canonical cyclic dinucleotides (CDNs)
Wang, Changhao,Hao, Min,Qi, Qianqian,Chen, Yashao,Hartig, J?rg S.
, p. 41 - 59 (2019)
So far, four cyclic dinucleotides (CDNs) have been discovered as important second messengers in nature, where three canonical CDNs of c-di-GMP, c-di-AMP and c-AMP-GMP were found in bacteria containing two 3′-5′ phosphodiester linkages and one non-canonica
Synthesis of biotinylated c-di-gmp and c-di-amp using click conjugation
Gaffney, Barbara L.,Stebbins, Nicholas D.,Jones, Roger A.
, p. 1 - 16 (2013)
The biotinylated c-di-GMP and c-di-AMP conjugates 10a/b were synthesized by a straightforward set of procedures from standard, commercially available phosphoramidites. Their availability should allow isolation and characterization of new protein and RNA receptors for these key bacterial signaling molecules.
DC-SIGN ANTIBODY CONJUGATES COMPRISING STING AGONISTS
-
Page/Page column 202-203, (2020/05/29)
Provided herein are immunoconjugates comprising an anti-DC-SiGN antibody conjugated to a STING agonist. Also disclosed are methods of making the immunoconjugates and methods of treating cancer using the immunoconjugates.
COMBINATION OF STING AGONIST AND IL-15/IL15-RA FOR THE TREATMENT OF CANCER

Paragraph 0048; 0049, (2019/08/26)
The present disclosure relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a STING agonist molecule in combination with an IL-15/IL-15Ra complex. The present combination can be administered independently or separately, in a quantity which is therapeuticall
Synthesis of All Possible Canonical (3′-5′-Linked) Cyclic Dinucleotides and Evaluation of Riboswitch Interactions and Immune-Stimulatory Effects
Wang, Changhao,Sinn, Malte,Stifel, Julia,Heiler, Anna C.,Sommershof, Annette,Hartig, J?rg S.
supporting information, p. 16154 - 16160 (2017/11/22)
The cyclic dinucleotides (CDNs) c-di-GMP, c-di-AMP, and c-AMP-GMP are widely utilized as second messengers in bacteria, where they signal lifestyle changes such as motility and biofilm formation, cell wall and membrane homeostasis, virulence, and exo-elec
Design, Synthesis, and Biological Evaluation of Novel Cyclic Adenosine-Inosine Monophosphate (cAIMP) Analogs That Activate Stimulator of Interferon Genes (STING)
Lioux, Thierry,Mauny, Marc-Antoine,Lamoureux, Alain,Bascoul, Nicolas,Hays, Mathieu,Vernejoul, Fabienne,Baudru, Anne-Sophie,Boularan, Cédric,Lopes-Vicente, Justine,Qushair, Gregory,Tiraby, Gérard
, p. 10253 - 10267 (2016/12/07)
We describe novel STING-activating cyclic dinucleotides whose constituent nucleosides are adenosine and inosine and that vary by ribose substitution, internucleotide linkage position, and phosphate modification. In mammalian cells in vitro, some of these
