Usage

General Description

3-Azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-1-methanamine, 3-(phenylmethyl)-, commonly known as phenmetrazine, is a chemical compound with psychostimulant properties. It is structurally related to amphetamine and is commonly used as a recreational drug for its stimulant effects. Phenmetrazine acts as a norepinephrine-dopamine releasing agent and increases the levels of these neurotransmitters in the brain, leading to increased alertness and arousal. It also has appetite suppressing effects and has been used in the past as a weight loss medication. However, it is considered to have a high potential for abuse and addiction, and its use is now heavily restricted and regulated.
