Synthesis and biological activity of some new 2- and 4-(4-aryl-5-mercapto-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylmethyl)-6-chlorobenzoxazin-3-ones

A series of new 2-and 4-(4-aryl-5-mercapto-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylmethyl)-6-chlorobenzoxazin-3-ones (4 and 8) has been synthesized and tested for antiinflammatory, β-adrenergic blocking and antimicrobial activities.
