The invention belongs to the technical field of organic photoelectric materials, and particularly relates to organic compounds and an application thereof. The parent nucleus structure of fused carbazole can remarkably improve the hole injection and transmission capacity of the compounds, so the hole mobility is effectively improved; when the parent nucleus structure of the fused carbazole is connected with an electron-withdrawing fragment, so the obtained compounds are bipolar compounds, and can be used as a luminescen layer host material, so that the charge balance is facilitated, and the very high light-emitting efficiency is realized; and when the parent nucleus structure of the fused carbazole is connected with an aromatic ring fragment, the obtained compounds can be used as a hole type material to be matched with an electronic host material in a double-host luminescent material, so the compounds can realizes a high luminescent efficiency due to high self hole mobility, and have excellent performances. A preparation technology of the compounds has the advantages of simplicity, easiness in implementation, easily available raw materials, and suitableness for mass production and amplification.

Because the organic electroluminescent compound disclosed herein exhibits good luminous efficiency and an excellent life performance, it may be used to manufacture OLED devices very superior in terms of operating life and which consume less power due to improved power efficiency.
