Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 14095-06-8 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 1,4,0,9 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 6 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 14095-06:
(7*1)+(6*4)+(5*0)+(4*9)+(3*5)+(2*0)+(1*6)=88
88 % 10 = 8
So 14095-06-8 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Transition metal complexes of a constrained phosphite ester. III. Metal carbonyl complexes of 4-methyl-2,6,7-trioxa-1-phosphabicyclo[2.2.2]octane

Verkade,McCarley,Hendricker,King, Roy W.

, p. 228 - 231 (2008/10/08)

The preparation and characterization of metal carbonyl complexes of 4-methyl-2,6,7-trioxa-1-phosphabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, P(OCH2)3CCH3, are described. Substitution products obtained from Ni(CO)4 include compounds of the type Ni[P(OCH2)3CCH3]x(CO)4-x where x = 1, 2, 3, or 4. Synthesis of the mono- and disubstituted complexes of Fe(CO)5, Cr(CO)6, Mo(CO)6, and W(CO)6 with P(OCH2)3CCH3 is also reported. A study of the carbonyl infrared stretching frequencies implies that P(OCH2)3CCH3 is equal to or greater than other phosphites in π-bonding ability. The proton n.m.r. spectra of the compounds are discussed with special attention given to the disubstituted complexes.
