Several 3,4-diaryl-5-aryloxymethyl-1,2,4-triazoles (VI) have been synthesized by cyclocondensation of appropriate methylthioimino derivatives (V) with arylcarbohydrazides in refluxing DMF, and screened for their CNS and antiinflammatory activities.Selecte
