Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 1532565-46-0 includes 10 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 7 digits, 1,5,3,2,5,6 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 4 and 6 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 1532565-46:
(9*1)+(8*5)+(7*3)+(6*2)+(5*5)+(4*6)+(3*5)+(2*4)+(1*6)=160
160 % 10 = 0
So 1532565-46-0 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Polysubstituted 2-Aminopyrrole Synthesis via Gold-Catalyzed Intermolecular Nitrene Transfer from Vinyl Azide to Ynamide: Reaction Scope and Mechanistic Insights

Wu, Yufeng,Zhu, Lei,Yu, Yinghua,Luo, Xuesong,Huang, Xueliang

, p. 11407 - 11416 (2015)

A gold-catalyzed intermolecular reaction of vinyl azides and ynamides is described. This process presents an efficient and mild approach to multisubstituted 2-aminopyrroles in good-to-excellent yields. Control experiments were carried out to distinguish the reactivity between vinyl azides and the corresponding 2H-azirines. A plausible reaction mechanism was also proposed according to previous reports and our preliminary mechanistic studies.

Copper-catalyzed [2+3]-annulation of N-H imines with vinyl azides: Access to polyaryl 2: H -imidazoles

Zhu, Zhongzhi,Lin, Hanze,Liang, Baihui,Huang, Junjie,Liang, Wanyi,Chen, Lu,Huang, Yubing,Chen, Xiuwen,Li, Yibiao

supporting information, p. 5621 - 5624 (2020/06/19)

A practical method for the synthesis of 2H-imidazoles via a [2+3] annulation of N-H imines with vinyl azides using a copper catalyst is developed. In this conversion, environmentally friendly oxygen is used as the sole oxidant and N2 and H2O are the only by-products. The catalytic transformation, operating under mild conditions, is operationally simple and is considered as a readily available catalytic system having good substrate and functional compatibility with high atom-efficiency without the need for additional ligands or additives.

Self-Catalyzed Rapid Synthesis of N-Acylated/ N-Formylated α-Aminoketones and N-Hydroxymethylated Formamides from 3-Aryl-2 H-Azirines and 2-Me/Ph-3-Aryl-2 H-Azirines

De, Aramita,Majee, Adinath,Santra, Sougata,Zyryanov, Grigory V.

supporting information, p. 3926 - 3930 (2020/07/14)

A rapid and effective method has been established for the synthesis of N-acylated α-aminoketone derivatives by the reaction of 3-aryl-2H-azirines and highly substituted 2-Me/Ph-3-aryl-2H-azirines with various carboxylic acids under ambient air within 10 min at room temperature. N-Trifluoroacetylated α-aminoketones with different substituents have been reported in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid. This protocol is equally effective to synthesize N-formylated α-aminoketone and N-hydroxymethylated formamide derivatives.

Highly Enantioselective Iridium-Catalyzed Coupling Reaction of Vinyl Azides and Racemic Allylic Carbonates

Han, Min,Yang, Min,Wu, Rui,Li, Yang,Jia, Tao,Gao, Yuanji,Ni, Hai-Liang,Hu, Ping,Wang, Bi-Qin,Cao, Peng

supporting information, p. 13398 - 13405 (2020/09/02)

The iridium-catalyzed enantioselective coupling reaction of vinyl azides and allylic electrophiles is presented and provides access to β-chiral carbonyl derivatives. Vinyl azides are used as acetamide enolate or acetonitrile carbanion surrogates, leading to γ,δ-unsaturated β-substituted amides as well as nitriles with excellent enantiomeric excess. These products are readily transformed into chiral N-containing building blocks and pharmaceuticals. A mechanism is proposed to rationalize the chemoselectivity of this coupling reaction.

Switchable reactivity between vinyl azides and terminal alkyne by nano copper catalysis

Cen, Jinghe,Wu, Yaodan,Li, Jianxiao,Huang, Liangbin,Wu, Wanqing,Zhu, Zhongzhi,Yang, Shaorong,Jiang, Huanfeng

supporting information, p. 2090 - 2094 (2019/03/26)

A novel nano copper-catalyzed substrate-dependent chemodivergent transformation of vinyl azides with a terminal alkyne is disclosed. 2,5-Disubstituted pyrroles were selectively obtained in high yield with aryl alkynes and aliphatic alkynes, whereas 2,3,4-trisubstituted pyrroles were formed with silylated alkynes. This switchable method provides a controllable and facile access to both multisubstituted pyrrole scaffolds with high efficiency, excellent regioselectivity, and good functional group compatibility.

Gold-Catalyzed Intermolecular Nitrene Transfer from 2H-Azirines to Ynamides: A Direct Approach to Polysubstituted Pyrroles

Zhu, Lei,Yu, Yinghua,Mao, Zhifeng,Huang, Xueliang

supporting information, p. 30 - 33 (2015/07/28)

(Chemical Equation Presented). An effective gold-catalyzed intermolecular nitrene transfer by the reaction of 2H-azirines and ynamides is reported, which provides highly substituted pyrroles in a straightforward manner. This transformation proceeds under mild conditions and gives the polysubstituted pyrroles in good-to-excellent yields. Preliminary results indicate that a nongold carbenoid pathway is preferred for current pyrrole synthesis.

Comparison of the photochemistry of 3-methyl-2-phenyl-2h-azirine and 2-methyl-3-phenyl-2h-azirine

Zhang, Xiaoming,Sarkar, Sujan K.,Weragoda, Geethika K.,Rajam, Sridhar,Ault, Bruce S.,Gudmundsdottir, Anna D.

, p. 653 - 663 (2014/04/03)

Photolysis of 3-methyl-2-phenyl-2H-azirine (1a) in argon-saturated acetonitrile does not yield any new products, whereas photolysis in oxygen-saturated acetonitrile yields benzaldehyde (2) by interception of vinylnitrene 5 with oxygen. Similarly, photolysis of 1a in the presence of bromoform allows the trapping of vinylnitrene 5, leading to the formation of 1-bromo-1-phenylpropan-2-one (4). Laser flash photolysis of 1a in argon-saturated acetonitrile (? = 308 nm) results in a transient absorption with ?max at 440 nm due to the formation of triplet vinylnitrene 5. Likewise, irradiation of 1a in cryogenic argon matrixes through a Pyrex filter results in the formation of ketene imine 11, presumably through vinylnitrene 5. In contrast, photolysis of 2- methyl-3-phenyl-2H-azirine (1b) in acetonitrile yields heterocycles 6 and 7. Laser flash photolysis of 1b in acetonitrile shows a transient absorption with a maximum at 320 nm due to the formation of ylide 8, which has a lifetime on the order of several milliseconds. Similarly, photolysis of 1b in cryogenic argon matrixes results in ylide 8. Density functional theory calculations were performed to support the proposed mechanism for the photoreactivity of 1a and 1b and to aid in the characterization of the intermediates formed upon irradiation.
