The novel organic compound has a structure shown as a formula (1), wherein L is selected from substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 arylene; wherein R1, R2 and R3 are independently selected from hydrogen, cyano, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 alkyl or cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 aryl and substituted or unsubstituted C3-C30 heteroaryl, and Ar is an electron withdrawing group. When the compound provided by the invention is used as an electron transport layer material in an OLED device, excellent device performance and stability are shown.
