The invention provides an amino-anthraquinone structure compound diazonium salt preparation method and a silk fibroin modification dyeing process. Amino-anthraquinone structure compound diazonium salt prepared according to the method is adopted for realizing silk dyeing. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method and the dyeing process have advantages that diazotization of an amino-anthraquinone structure compound is realized by nitrosyl sulfuric acid; by control of reaction conditions, solubility of prepared diazonium salt is increased, and stability of the prepared diazonium salt is improved; in a dissolution process, structural and intrinsic color light changes of the amino-anthraquinone structure compound are avoided; in addition, silk fabrics are subjected to degumming and padding treatment prior to coupled modification dyeing with the prepared amino-anthraquinone structure compound diazonium salt, and accordingly fibroin covalent coloring is realized, color fastness such as dry and wet rubbing fastness, color fastness to washing and color fastness to organic solvent extraction of dyed fibroin is improved is improved, and light fastness stability of the dyed fibroin is improved.
