The present invention relates to novel benzazaphosphol-3-one 1-oxide derivatives and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of the benzazaphosphol-3-one 1-oxide derivatives selectively synthesizes the benzazaphosphol-3-one 1-oxide derivatives through an oxidative carbon-nitrogen binding reaction of phosphonamide derivatives as a starting material, in the presence of an oxidizing agent and a halogen-based additive.
