Reaction of 2,4,6-trifluoropyrimidine and 2- and 4-aminodifluoropyrimidines with various amines in DMF is studied. As a result, a series of new 2,4-diamino-substituted 6-fluoropyrimidines with similar or different amino substituents are synthesized.
