Efficient and versatile synthesis of mucin-like glycoprotein mimics

An efficient synthetic method of sequential glycopeptide-polymer by means of the combined chemical and enzymatic strategy was applied to the practical synthesis of some tandem repeating mucin-type glycoproteins.
