The preparation method comprises the following steps of mixing amino silane and a solvent A, heating, adding a polymerization inhibitor at 50-60 DEG C, dropwise adding chloromethyl styrene at 60-70 DEG C, controlling the dropwise adding speed to be 1d/s, and after dropwise adding, carrying out heat preservation reaction at 90-100 DEG C for 2 hours, after the reaction is finished, cooling, adding organic amines, uniformly stirring, and carrying out suction filtration, and carrying out reduced pressure distillation on the obtained crude product to collect the solvent. The chloromethyl styrene is one or more of p-chloromethyl styrene, o-chloromethyl styrene and m-chloromethyl styrene. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in process, low in production cost and small in pollution, the obtained product is novel, the requirements of improving the bonding force, durability, mechanical strength, electrical performance and the like of the material at present are met, and the product can be applied to electronic-grade glass fiber yarns and cloth.
