Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 192006-06-7 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,9,2,0,0 and 6 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 6 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 192006-06:
(8*1)+(7*9)+(6*2)+(5*0)+(4*0)+(3*6)+(2*0)+(1*6)=107
107 % 10 = 7
So 192006-06-7 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Optically active juvenoids derived from 2-substituted cyclopentanol and their biological activity on Tenebrio molitor

Rejzek, Martin,Wimmer, Zdenek,Zarevucka, Marie,Kuldova, Jelena,Saman, David,Vacek, Miroslav

, p. 3657 - 3665 (2007/10/03)

Optically active juvenoids 1c-4c were synthesised using chiral precursors prepared by biotransformation reactions of suitable substrates. Biological activity of these juvenoids on Tenebrio molitor is reported.

Quantitative analysis of enzyme-mediated hydrolytic processes and their products using HPLC and NMR techniques

Wimmer, Zdenek,Zarevucka, Marie,Rejzek, Martin,Saman, David,Zhao, Qiu-Yu,Legoy, Marie-Dominique

, p. 818 - 831 (2007/10/03)

Second derivatives of the UV spectra of 2-(4-alkoxybenzyl)cyclopentan-1-ols and their acetates were used for the quantitative analysis of reaction kinetics of enzyme-mediated hydrolytic processes. To determine the enantiomeric purity of the products using non-chiral HPLC columns, their diastereoisomeric esters of 3,3,3-trifluoro-2-methoxy-2-phenylpropanoic acid (MTPA) were prepared. The absolute configuration of the products was established using a combination of the results of a HPLC analysis and 1H/19F-NMR measurements of the diastereoisomeric MTP esters. The analytical method described consists of an easy routine HPLC analysis which can sometimes be used as a quick on-line analysis of the reaction kinetics and as a quick stepwise analysis of the optical purity and the absolute configuration of the products.
