A method for preparing β - lactam compound

The invention discloses a preparation method of a beta-lactam compound and belongs to the field of medicinal chemistry. According to the method, amoxicillin trihydrate and 6-aminopenicillin montanic acid are taken as raw materials to successfully synthesize the beta-lactam compound (2S, 5R, 6R)-6-((2S, 5R, 6R)-6-((R)-2-amino-2-(4-hydroxyl phenyl) acetamido)-3, 3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo [3,2,0] heptane-2-formamide)-3 and 3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo [3,2,0] heptane-2-formic acid. The preparation method is mild in condition, simple and capable of realizing large-scale synthesis.
