200937-21-9 Usage

General Description

Boc-DL-Leu-OH H2o is a chemical compound with the molecular formula C14H27NO5. It is a derivative of the amino acid leucine, with an added Boc (tert-butoxycarbonyl) protecting group. Boc-DL-Leu-OH H2o is often used in peptide synthesis as a building block for creating larger peptides and proteins. The Boc protecting group helps to prevent unwanted reactions at the amino group, allowing for selective modification at other sites on the molecule. Boc-DL-Leu-OH H2o is commonly used in research and pharmaceutical industries for the production of peptide-based drugs and compounds.

Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 200937-21-9 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 2,0,0,9,3 and 7 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 2 and 1 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 200937-21:
(8*2)+(7*0)+(6*0)+(5*9)+(4*3)+(3*7)+(2*2)+(1*1)=99
99 % 10 = 9
So 200937-21-9 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
