Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 20718-97-2 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 2,0,7,1 and 8 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 9 and 7 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 20718-97:
(7*2)+(6*0)+(5*7)+(4*1)+(3*8)+(2*9)+(1*7)=102
102 % 10 = 2
So 20718-97-2 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

We have developed a new class of diarylalkyl amides as novel TRPV1 antagonists. They exhibited potent 45Ca2+ uptake inhibitions in rat DRG neuron. In particular, the amide 59 was identified as a potent antagonist with IC50 of 57 nM. The synthesis and structure-activity relationship of the diarylalkyl amides are also described.
