Versatile Dde-based primary amine linkers for solid phase synthesis
Chhabra, Siri Ram,Khan, Azra N.,Bycroft, Barrie W.
, p. 3585 - 3588 (1998)
Linkers based on the Dale primary amine protecting strategy have been developed and their utility demonstrated in the solid phase synthesis of a naturally occurring spider toxin. The linkers are stable to both acid and base conditions and cleaved either with 2% v/v hydrazine hydrate or by transamination with a volatile primary alkylamine in a variety of organic solvents.
A Dde-based carboxy linker for solid-phase synthesis
Chhabra, Siri Ram,Parekh, Harendra,Khan, Azra N.,Bycroft, Barrie W.,Kellam, Barrie
, p. 2189 - 2192 (2007/10/03)
The Dde-derived carboxy protecting group, 4-{N-[1-(4,4-dimethyl-2,6-dioxocyclohexylidene)-3-methylbutyl]amino}benzyl ester (ODmab) has been developed into a carboxy functional linker. The stability of the linker to standard acid and base conditions employ
