The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C28H38-N4O4)](ClO 4)2·H2O, shows that the CuII ion is in a distorted square-pyramidal environment. The average Cu - O and Cu - N bond lengths are 1.916 (2) and 1.936 (3) A, respectively. Both of the morpholino rings adopt a chair conformation.
