N-(2-diethylaminoethyl)-4-iodobenzamide has been reported to be an excellent agent for malignant melanoma diagnosis by SPECT. To obtain a 99mTc analog, we synthesized a new bis(aminothiol) (BAT) derivative. The benzamide function was conjugated
