Paragraph 0031; 0032; 0033, (2017/08/15)
The invention discloses a bis(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum fluorescent complex and its use in detection of 2,4,6-trinitrophenol. Through coordination of bis(8-hydroxyquinoline) as a ligand and Al, the bis(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum fluorescent complex is prepared by a solvothermal method. A preparation method and post-treatment of the bis(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum fluorescent complex are simple and reaction time is short. The bis(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum fluorescent complex has strong fluorescent properties, excitation wavelength of 388nm, and an ultraviolet absorption spectrum greatly overlapping with an ultraviolet absorption spectrum (370nm) of 2,4,6-trinitrophenol. Through high efficiency fluorescence quenching effects of 2,4,6-trinitrophenol, high selectivity and high sensitivity sensing identification of 2,4,6-trinitrophenol is realized. The operation is simple. The problem that the traditional sample pre-treatment method has a complex process and a high cost is solved. The bis(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum fluorescent complex provides a convenient, rapid and novel approach for high efficiency detection of 2,4,6-trinitrophenol.
