The invention relates to a reactive yellow dye for ink jet printing and a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the field of fine chemical industry. The reactive yellow dye shown inthe formula(I)has higher solubility, good fixation rate and color fastness, high stability after dyeing and bright color light, can be widely applied to dip dyeing, pad dyeing and ink jet printing ofcotton, hemp and artificial cotton fiber fabrics, has low production cost, and can be popularized and applied on a large scale.

Provided is a reactive dye mixture, comprising (i) one or more reactive dyes represented by Formula 1, and (ii) one or more reactive dyes represented by Formula 2: The dye mixture of the present invention can realize a color that is difficult to be achieved by a single dye when dyeing a fiber material containing nitrogen or hydroxyl group, particularly a cellulose fiber material, exhibits a superior absorptivity and fixability, particularly very high light fastness and wet fastness, and thus provides a variety of balanced physical properties which are required in dyeing.

The present writing relates to a novel fiber-reactive dye of the formula wherein R11, D, R0, X and Z are as defined in the specification. The novel dye according to the present writing can be used in dyeing and printing fibre materials, especially, cellulosic fibre materials by a general fixing method, and a good adsorbing/fixing rate and an excellent fastness to light and wet treatment.
