The present invention relates to a novel compound having an activity of inhibiting histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6), an optical isomer thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a use thereof for preparation of a drug for treatment, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same, a treatment method using the composition, and a method for preparing the same.
