Method for preparing alpha-carbonyl butylamide by reaction in water phase
-
Paragraph 0023-0036, (2017/07/20)
The invention discloses a method for preparing alpha-carbonyl butylamide by a reaction in a water phase. The method comprises the steps: taking water as a solvent, dimethyl sulfoxide as a cosolvent and iodine or iodized salt as a catalyst, and allowing butanone, ammonium chloride and an oxidant to react in the presence of alkali to directly generate alpha-carbonyl butylamide. According to the method, the compound, alpha-carbonyl butylamide, is directly synthesized by taking butanone and ammonium chloride as raw materials; the method can be implemented at a lower temperature, is mild in reaction condition, simple to operate, pollution-free, environment-friendly and simple in post-treatment and can significantly lower production cost. The method overcomes the disadvantage that chemical raw materials with high toxicity, contamination and higher cost are used in the prior art, so that the method has good technical application and industrialization prospects.
