Preparation method of benzyl thiophosphonate

The invention relates to a preparation method of benzyl thiophosphonate, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing an aldehyde ketone compound, diphenyl thiophosphonic acid, an organic silicon reagent and Bronsted acid, and reacting to obtain a reaction solution; and (2) separating and purifying the reaction liquid obtained in the step (1) to obtain the benzyl thiophosphonate. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in process, convenient to operate, cheap and easily available in raw materials and mild in reaction condition, and has a good development prospect.
