Synthesis of 'push-pull' enynes
Berger, Daniel,Bartlome, Andreas,Neuenschwander, Markus
, p. 179 - 191 (1996)
'Push-pull' enynes 1a-1f are easily available by Pd catalyzed coupling of stannyl-ynamines 15 and silylynamines 16 with β-iodo-enones 8 (Schemes 7 and 8).
Synthese von 5-(Dialkylamino)-5-X-pentadienalen aus 'Push-Pull'-Eninen (1>
Berger, Daniel,Neuenschwander, Markus
, p. 72 - 74 (2007/10/02)
5-Aminopent-2-ene-4-inals 1 are easily available by Pd(0)-catalyzed coupling of stannyl ynamines 6 or silyl ynamines 7 with 3-iodoacroleine.They react nearly quantitatively with acids like HCl or AcOH to give 5-amino-5-X-pentadienals 2, which are of inter
A Novel Synthesis and Reactions of Aminoethynyl Sulfides
Schaumann, Ernst,Lindstaedt, Joerg,Foerster, Wolf-Ruediger
, p. 509 - 513 (2007/10/02)
Reaction of the alkynide 2 with sulfur provides ready access to aminoethynyl sulfides 5 with different second substituents on the sulfide sulfur atom.Hydrolysis and cycloadditions with diphenylketene, phenyl isocyanate, or tosyl isothiocyanate prove the S-alkyl derivatives 5a, b to be typical ynamines, whereas amine addition to the silylthio compound 5c takes a different course.
