In order to overcome the problem of insufficient surface tension of the existing gemini surfactant, the invention provides a gemini fluorine-containing surfactant, which comprises a structure shown inthe specification, wherein, R1 and R3 are each independently selected from a linear or branched perfluoroalkyl chain with the carbon atom number of 2-12, R2 is selected from linear or branched alkylwith the carbon atom number of 2-12, ether-containing carbon chains with the carbon atom number of 2-12 and ortho-position, meta-position or para-position aromatic groups, R4 and R5 are each independently selected from a linear or branched hydrocarbon group having 0-4 carbon atoms, R6 and R7 are each independently selected from a linear or branched hydrocarbon group or aromatic group having 1-6 carbon atoms, and X is selected from halogen. Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the gemini fluorine-containing surfactant. The gemini fluorine-containing surfactant provided by the invention has lower surface tension under critical micelle concentration, is suitable for some application fields with lower surface tension requirements, and has better dispersity, wettability and permeability.
