The thermal decomposition of BiO, Bi2O3, BiO2, and Bi2O5 in Ar and O2 media at 300-1500 K and a total pressure of 105 Pa was studied by the method of thermodynamic simulation. All condensed oxides were found to have regions of thermal stability.
