Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 365214-50-2 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 3,6,5,2,1 and 4 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 5 and 0 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 365214-50:
(8*3)+(7*6)+(6*5)+(5*2)+(4*1)+(3*4)+(2*5)+(1*0)=132
132 % 10 = 2
So 365214-50-2 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Amidopyrroles: From anion receptors to membrane transport agents

Gale, Philip A.

, p. 3761 - 3772 (2007/10/03)

Amidopyrroles have been employed in a variety of anion receptors and sensors. 2,5-Bisamidopyrroles show selective oxo-anion complexation properties in organic solution whilst bis-amides containing dipyrrolylmethane groups form strong complexes with dihydr

2-Amidopyrroles and 2,5-diamidopyrroles as simple anion binding Agents

Gale,Camiolo,Tizzard,Chapman,Light,Coles,Hursthouse

, p. 7849 - 7853 (2007/10/03)

Four new 2-amidopyrroles and 2,5-diamidopyrroles have been synthesized and their anion complexation properties investigated. The crystal structures of these receptors have been elucidated and reveal hydrogen bonding in the solid state leading to dimer and network formation. Selectivity for oxo-anions has been demonstrated by 1H NMR titration techniques.

Hydrogen-bonding pyrrolic amide cleft anion receptors

Gale, Philip A.,Camiolo, Salvatore,Chapman, Christopher P.,Light, Mark E.,Hursthouse, Michael B.

, p. 5095 - 5097 (2007/10/03)

The use of simple 2,5-diamidopyrrole derivatives as anion receptors has been investigated. Reaction of 3,4-diphenylpyrrole-2,5-dicarboxylic acid chloride with n-butylamine or aniline has produced two new amidic cleft anion receptors 1 and 2. The anion-coo
