The method comprises the following steps: ammonium thiocyanate is weighed and added to diethyl oxalate, the mixture isfixed on a heat collection type constant-temperature heating magnetic stirrer for heating, and air condensing is performed; a yellow solution is generated and cooled, solids are produced and filtered,a product is washed with water and dried, and yellow solids are obtained. Ammonium thiocyanate is used for replacing original thiourea, on one hand, production cost is reduced, on the other hand, byusing ammonium thiocyanate as the production raw material, a recycled product is used, and resources are saved.
