supporting information, p. 1319 - 1325 (2013/08/23)
The assembly of (Z)-chloro-exo-methylenetetrahydrofurans by an original and connective anionic cascade sequence is reported. Base-catalysed condensation of β-hydroxyketones with 1,1-dichloroethylene generates, in moderate to good yields, the corresponding
Titanocene-catalyzed asymmetric ketone hydrosilylation: The effect of catalyst activation protocol and additives on the reaction rate and enantioselectivity
Yun, Jaesook,Buchwald, Stephen L.
, p. 5640 - 5644 (2007/10/03)
The efficient asymmetric hydrosilylation of ketones with a chiral titanocene catalyst has been realized. In this procedure, (R,R)-ethylenebis(tetrahydroindenyl) titanium difluoride (1) was used as the precatalyst, and alcohol additives were employed. Arom
Autocatalytic decomposition of a β-tosyloxyketone acetal as an acid amplifier
Kudo, Kazuaki,Arimitsu, Koji,Ichtmura, Kunihiro
, p. 307 - 312 (2007/10/03)
By the action of a small amount of an acid, 2-phenyi-2-(2tosyloxyethyl)-1,3-dioxolane decomposed to give p-toluenesulfonic acid resulting in the proliferation of acid molecules. The decomposition manner was stepwise in solution state and autocatalytic in polymer film. The sensitivity of an acidcatalyzed photoimaging material was enhanced by 10 times upon the addition of the above compound due to the acid proliferation.
