New types of oxazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidines were synthesized via 1,8-diazabicyclo[5,4,0]undec-7-ene-catalyzed heteroannulation of 2-substituted 5-amino-4-cyano-1,3-oxazoles with various isothiocyanates.
