Method for industrial production Viaminate

The invention provides a method of industrialized production of viaminate. Formyl chloride and benzocaine are used as raw materials. The formyl chloride is added into reaction solutions of the benzocaine and organic alkali in the temperature of -5 DEG C-10DEG C. Reaction is carried out in the temperature of 0DEG C-40DEG C. Reaction solvent is selected from dichloromethane, trichloromethane or N, N-dimethylformamide. After the reaction is finished, decompression is conducted to vaporize the solvent. Viaminate end products are obtained after the steps of devitrification and drying. The method of the industrialized production of the viaminate is few in side reaction occurrence, simpler and more convenient in post processing, high in production yield and good in quality.
