PRECIPITATION PROMOTER AND PRECIPITATION METHOD IN WHICH SAME IS USED
-
Paragraph 0521-0523, (2017/11/29)
Precipitation promoters, which are an organic compound having one or more linear aliphatic hydrocarbon groups having not less than 10 carbon atoms, wherein the aliphatic hydrocarbon group has not less than 20 carbon atoms in total are useful for precipita
METHOD FOR LIQUID-PHASE SYNTHESIS OF NUCLEIC ACID
-
Paragraph 0201; 0202; 0203, (2015/11/16)
In this method, an oligonucleotide is prepared by using, as a synthesis unit, a novel nucleoside monomer compound represented by formula (I) [wherein X, R1, Y, Base, Z, Ar, R2, R3 and n are each as defined in Claim 1]. The
PRODUCTION METHOD OF OLIGONUCLEOTIDE
-
, (2012/12/13)
The problem of the present invention is provision of a method of producing an n+p-mer oligonucleotide efficiently in a high yield, which includes use of, as a starting material, an n-mer oligonucleotide wherein the 3′-terminal hydroxyl group is protected,
Soluble-support-assisted electrochemical reactions: Application to anodic disulfide bond formation
Kitada, Shingo,Takahashi, Masahito,Yamaguchi, Yusuke,Okada, Yohei,Chiba, Kazuhiro
supporting information, p. 5960 - 5963 (2013/02/26)
A soluble-support-assisted technique was successfully applied to electrochemical reactions, leading to anodic disulfide bond formation. The support-bound peptide was soluble in electrolyte solution, allowing electron transfer at the surface of the electrodes. After completion of the reaction, the support-bound product was recovered as a precipitate by simple dilution of the reaction mixture with poor solvent.

supporting information; scheme or table, p. 4476 - 4479 (2011/09/15)
Hydrophobic tag-assisted liquid-phase peptide synthesis technique and disulfide bond formation have been well-combined, leading to the efficient and practical preparation of a growth hormone-inhibiting peptide somatostatin. Intramolecular disulfide bond f
New bisamides gelators: Relationship between chemical structure and fiber morphology
Schmidt, Rolf,Adam, Fahuzi B.,Michel, Marc,Schmutz, Marc,Decher, Gero,Mésini, Philippe J.
, p. 3171 - 3174 (2007/10/03)
Different dialkoxybenzoic acid derivatives with identical alkyl chain lengths were synthesized and their properties as organogelators evaluated. Only the compounds bearing amide groups behave like gelators. Their gelation abilities and phase diagrams were described. A structural study was conducted by freeze-fracture electron microscopy and showed that the methyl ester formed platelet-like aggregates whereas the corresponding free acid formed thin fibers in the gel.
