Preparation method of migltol intermediate 1-deoxy-1-(2-hydroxyethylamino)-D-glucitol

The invention discloses a medicine which is a migltol intermediate 1-deoxy-1-(2-hydroxyethylamino)-D-glucitol for treating diabetes. Glucose and ethanolamine are used as raw materials; a catalytic hydrogenation reaction is carried out in an alcohol solvent and under a hydrogen atmosphere; and then press filtration, crystallization, suction filtration, washing and vacuum drying are carried out to obtain the 1-deoxy-1-(2-hydroxyethylamino)-D-glucitol crystal, wherein the reaction time is 3-4 hours, the temperature is 65-75 DEG C, the yield is more than 98%, and the purity is more than 99% (through HPLC detection). The used reagent is green and environmentally friendly, the atom economy of the reaction is high, the yield of the reaction is high, the operation is simple and convenient, and thepreparation method is suitable for industrial large-scale production.
