3,6-Diazahomoadamantane-9-spirooxiranes were obtained by the reaction of 3,6-diazahomoadamantan-9-ones with dimethylsulfoxoniomethanide. It was found that the oxirane ring is opened highly regioselectively by nucleophilic reagents.
