A modified mesoporous silica optical nanosensor for selective monitoring of multiple analytes in water
Moorthy, Madhappan Santha,Cho, Hun-Jeong,Yu, Eun-Jeong,Jung, Young-Sik,Ha, Chang-Sik
, p. 8758 - 8760 (2013/09/24)
A new modified mesoporous silica nanosensor was synthesized by the co-condensation method. Under basic conditions, the obtained mesoporous silica nanosensor responds selectively to Fe2+ (pH = 8) and Cu2+ (pH = 12) with a distinguishable colour change perceivable by the naked eye and a detection limit of approximately 50 ppb. Trans-keto* form detection in non photochromic N-salicylidene aminomethylpyridines
Robert, Francois,Jacquemin, Pierre-Loic,Tinant, Bernard,Garcia, Yann
experimental part, p. 4396 - 4406 (2012/09/22)
Five N-(5-chloro)salicylidene aminomethylpyridine derivatives were successfully synthesized and their structural and solid state optical properties analyzed. Yellow crystalline powders of CH2L3 and CH 2L3-4Cl pr
Water-driven ligations using cyclic amino squarates: A class of useful SN1-like reactions
Cui, Dawei,Prashar, Deepali,Sejwal, Preeti,Luk, Yan-Yeung
supporting information; experimental part, p. 1348 - 1350 (2011/03/20)
We report a class of water-soluble and -stable cyclic amino squarates that ligate with cysteine or lysine residues without side-products in an entirely aqueous environment. The ligations include addition-elimination reactions that are promoted by water in
CHELATING TENDENCIES OF N(PICOLYLAMINE)SALICYLPHOSPHINIC AND N(PICOLYLAMINE)SALICYLPHOSPHONIC ACIDS, THEIR SYNTHESIS AND ACID-BASIC PROPERTIES
Siepak, Jerzy
, p. 651 - 663 (2007/10/02)
The preparation of new N-substituted aminophosphinic and aminophosphonic acids has been described.Their acid-basic properties and metal-binding characteristics in relation to some metal cations have been investigated.
