Method for synthesizing active monomer containing carbamic acid ester
-
Paragraph 0052; 0053; 0054, (2017/01/02)
The invention discloses a method for synthesizing an active monomer containing carbamic acid ester.According to the method, cyclic carbonate is dissolved with solvent, then secondary amine is dropwise added, complete stirring is conducted, solvent is removed after a reaction is completed, and the active monomer containing the carbamic acid ester is obtained. The prepared monomer is low in viscosity, high in reaction activity and capable of being used as a reactive intermediate or solvent; the method is mild in reaction process condition, high in conversion rate and free of any catalyst, less side reaction exists, a product is prone to separation and purification, the used materials are healthy and environmentally friendly, and quite high industrialized application prospect is achieved.

Paragraph 0111; 0112; 0113, (2013/06/26)
(Meth)acrylic acid ester, which contains one or more partial structures each represented by the following formula 1 in a molecule thereof, wherein the partial structure is a urethane structure which does not have a hydrogen atom directly bonded to a nitrogen atom of the following formula 1: where the nitrogen atom is not bonded to a hydrogen atom.
Organocatalyzed synthesis of ureas from amines and ethylene carbonate
Saliu, Francesco,Rindone, Bruno
experimental part, p. 6301 - 6304 (2011/01/04)
A new solventless method for the synthesis of symmetrical and unsymmetrical ureas, starting from ethylene carbonate and amines, is reported. 1,5,7-Triazabicyclo[4.4.0]dec-5-ene(TBD) and thioureas have been found to be efficient organocatalysts for this reaction.

experimental part, p. 2093 - 2100 (2009/10/17)
Cs2CO3-catalyzed transamination of primary amines and ethylene carbonate proceeds to form 1,3-disubstituted symmetrical/unsymmetrical ureas in excellent yields. The effect of different reaction parameters such as influences of bases, temperature, and reaction time were investigated for the title reaction.
