8-(2-Ethoxyphenyl)-7,8-dihydro-1,3-Dioxolo[4,5-g]quinolin-6(5H)-one, also known as FQI1, is a potent inhibitor of the transcription factor LSF, specifically targeting its DNA binding and transcriptional activity with an IC50 of 2.1 μM. It rapidly induces apoptosis in aggressive hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell lines and significantly inhibits tumor growth in mouse xenograft models without general tissue cytotoxicity. FQI1 also induces mitotic arrest in human HCC cells, accompanied by an increase in cyclin B1, and blocks LSF-stimulated activation of DNA methyltransferase 1. It is a cell-permeable compound.

Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 599151-35-6 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 5,9,9,1,5 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 3 and 5 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 599151-35:
(8*5)+(7*9)+(6*9)+(5*1)+(4*5)+(3*1)+(2*3)+(1*5)=196
196 % 10 = 6
So 599151-35-6 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
