The invention discloses a five-membered ring lactone fused 1,5-benzodiazepine compound. The structure of the compound is represented by general formula (I). The compound has a high inhibition activityagainst bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, and fungi, such as Candida albicans. An in vitro antibacterial activity test result shows that the compound has a significant inhibition activity and a strong killing effect on the Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans, and especially has a very strong inhibition activity and a very strong killing effecton the Staphylococcus aureus; and experiments show that the compound can be used as a candidate molecule and a lead compound for antibacterial drugs.
