-
Paragraph 0491-0494, (2020/07/07)
The present invention provides a novel polycyclic aromatic compound having a plurality of aromatic rings linked by a boron atom, a nitrogen atom, and the like, and thus increases the number of alternatives of a material for an organic electroluminescent (
m-Phenylenediamine derivatives and electrophotosensitive material using the same
-
, (2008/06/13)
The present invention provides a m-phenylenediamine derivative which is novel as an electric charge transferring material, particularly hole transferring material, and an electrophosensitive material having a high sensitivity. This derivative includes a compound represented by the general formula (1) below or by formula (2) or (3) of the specification. Regarding the electrophotosensitive material, a photosensitive layer containing the m-phenylenediamine derivative as the hole transferring material is provided on a conductive substrate: wherein R1and R2are the same or different and each indicates a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group which may have one or more substituents; and R3and R4are same or different and each indicates a straight-chain or branched alkyl group having 3 to 5 carbon atoms; provided that R1, R2, R3and R4are not the same alkyl groups, simultaneously.
