Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 6241-30-1 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 6,2,4 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 3 and 0 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 6241-30:
(6*6)+(5*2)+(4*4)+(3*1)+(2*3)+(1*0)=71
71 % 10 = 1
So 6241-30-1 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Analogs of 1,3-diaminopropane as inhibitors for the growth of Leishmania donovani have been synthesized and evaluated for their antileishmanial activity. Of the many active compounds, 1-(3-N,N-bis methoxycarbonyl guanidino)propyl-4- methylpiperidine piperazine (4e,f) exhibited significant in vivo inhibitory efficacy against L. donovani by oral and intraperitoneal route of administration.
