The present invention discloses a poly-substituted 1,6-dihydropyrimidine compound, a synthetic method and a use thereof and belongs to the technical field of medicines. The product is a 2-((4-cyclohexyl-5-ethyl-1,6-carbonyl-1,6-dihydropyrimidine)-2-sulfydryl)-N-(substituted phenyl) acetamide compound.
