The invention relates to a preparation method of a triazole substituted acetophenone compound. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a catalyst, a 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazole compound, an alpha-brominated acetophenone compound and alkali are successively added in a solvent, and react for 24 hours at the temperature of 80 to 140 DEG C, and a reaction solution is obtained after the reaction is complete; the reaction solution is subjected to the conventional extraction, drying, concentration and separation of column chromatography in sequence, and then the triazole substituted acetophenone compound is obtained. The preparation method of the triazole substituted acetophenone compound disclosed by the invention is simple to operate and high in product yield, can realize large-scale production, and has good application potential in medicines, pesticides, organic synthesis and materials, thereby having good industrial application prospects.

A new series of azole derivatives containing silicon were synthesized and evaluated for fungicidal activity against rice sheath blight by submerged application. Among them, 2-(4-fluorophenyl)-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-3-trimethylsilylpropan-2-ol (9a) exhibited satisfactory efficacy at 12.5 grams per 10 ares.
