L-Calcium pantothenate, also known as calcium pantothenate or vitamin B5, is a water-soluble vitamin and a key component of coenzyme A, which plays a crucial role in various metabolic processes within the human body. It is essential for the synthesis of fatty acids, the breakdown of carbohydrates, and the metabolism of proteins. L-Calcium pantothenate is widely used in pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, and food fortification to support overall health and well-being. It is also used in skincare products due to its ability to promote wound healing and maintain healthy skin.

Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 6381-62-0 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 6,3,8 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 6 and 2 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 6381-62:
(6*6)+(5*3)+(4*8)+(3*1)+(2*6)+(1*2)=100
100 % 10 = 0
So 6381-62-0 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Recycling method of beta,beta-iminodipropionitrile and application

-

Paragraph 0093; 0098-0099; 0122; 0127-0128; 0132-0136, (2021/05/26)

The invention provides a recycling method of beta,beta-iminodipropionitrile and application, and relates to the technical field of waste recycling. According to the recycling method, by adopting a specific reaction synthesis route, the beta,beta-iminodipropionitrile finally generates calcium pantothenate with wide application, and the recycling method not only reduces hazardous waste emission and treatment and lowers the hazardous waste treatment cost, but also realizes the purpose of turning waste into wealth from beta,beta-iminodipropionitrile, and the utilization value of beta,beta-iminodipropionitrile is greatly improved. The invention further provides application of the recycling method of the beta,beta-iminodipropionitrile, and in view of the advantages of the recycling method of the beta,beta-iminodipropionitrile, a new process route is provided for preparing calcium pantothenate.

Calcium pantothenate. Part 3.1 Process for the biologically active enantiomer of the same via selective crystallization and racemization

, p. 1238 - 1244 (2013/01/03)

Optically pure calcium (R)-pantothenate has been obtained from the racemic compound via direct fractional crystallization of the single enantiomer. Efficient racemization of the biologically inactive calcium (S)-pantothenate without its decomposition to pantolactone has been developed, resulting in a simple, complete, and efficient technology. The results elaborated in the laboratory have been then successfully applied in the industrial scale process.
