General formulas of novel silane coupling agents (methyl propionate based triethoxysilane, ethyl propionate based triethoxysilane and butyl propionate based triethoxysilane) are shown in the description, wherein R has the following structural formulas of a methyl propionate group, an ethyl propionate group and a butyl propionate group. The preparing method includes the steps that acrylics (methyl propionate, ethyl propionate and butyl propionate) and triethoxysilane are mixed and reacted in a methylbenzene solution under the catalytic action of PtNi nanocrystalline, and the novel silane coupling agents (methyl propionate based triethoxysilane, ethyl propionate based triethoxysilane and butyl propionate based triethoxysilane) are obtained.
